Destimado S.R.L. (hereinafter, "Destimado", "we" or "the company") is committed to protecting the privacy of users who access the website destimado.com (hereinafter, "the Site"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect the personal information of our visitors in compliance with Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and its complementary regulations.
1. Information we collect
We collect information that you voluntarily provide through our contact form: full name, email address and the content of the message sent. Additionally, we may automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent and referral URL. This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies, always subject to your prior consent.

Some of our technology service providers may be located outside of Argentina. In such cases, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are implemented to protect your personal information in accordance with applicable regulations.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any significant changes will be communicated through the Site. The date of the last update is indicated at the beginning of this document.
